  • How does self-service registration work?

    Attendees register themselves through an online form. The form is customizable: you decide which fields are required and which are optional, and you can add conditional logic to make the experience more targeted. Ideal for public events with open registration, or semi-public events with moderated registration.

  • Can attendees register additional guests?

    Yes. Attendees can register one or more guests, following the rules you set. This is available both at registration and afterward (for deferred tickets, for example). Ideal for corporate or sponsored events, where partners and
    clients can be invited as guests.

  • What is moderated registration?

    A registration submitted by an attendee waits for your approval.

  • What are direct invitations?

    You manage attendance directly by sending each person a named invitation.
