SharEvent lets you manage every stage of access control with advanced digital tools. From QR codes to badges, through to room-by-room monitoring, everything is designed to cut waiting times and improve the guest experience.
Flexible check-in
Entry registration can be handled with several tools, all connected to the same central system. With the sharevent.com for iOS and Android you can scan QR codes straight from the camera, whether they are printed on badges or shown on a phone screen. You can also search for an attendee manually by name or email. Check-in works from the back office too, or from dedicated tablets with staff accounts.
A unique QR code for every attendee
Every guest receives a unique QR code, generated automatically and tied to their profile, impossible to duplicate. Whether it comes from an online registration or from a manual entry by the organiser, the QR code is a secure key. This system cuts errors and removes the risk of fraud, and lets you always know who came in and when.
Custom badges
For anyone who prefers paper, SharEvent can print badges with an embedded QR code. The header design and the coloured lanyard are fully customisable, ideal for telling attendee categories apart at a glance (guests, speakers, staff, sponsors). The badge becomes an operational tool as well as a recognisable element that adds to the event.
Access control for rooms and activities
Entry devices can also be configured for individual rooms, to check bookings, block unauthorised entry and gather statistics on attendance and footfall.

As many as you need: you can set up several scanning devices, so every member of staff can help clear the queues.
